Fredny Bade

Fredny’s specialist legal fields are intellectual property law, market law and contract law. Before joining LIGL she was head of DLA Piper's department for intellectual property law and technology. She also has experience from the industry working as Leading IP Counsel for Equinor ASA.

Fradny has extensive experience in business development, litigation, dispute resolution and consultancy, with particular expertise on safeguarding and managing intellectual property rights. She has worked extensively on preparation/implementation of best practice routines and work processes both for large and small companies. Here she developed systems for securing and managing development results and protecting and rewarding employee inventions.

Fredny currently advises clients on how to facilitate, prepare and negotiate various commercial agreements and contracts. She has conducted complex cases before the court, particularly with regard to patents and other rights to technology, trademarks and market law issues. Bade also handles data privacy, employment law and corporate law cases. She has held several board positions.
